 To whom it may concern feels they committed to brush up on their social skills. Probably you feel shy, anxious, insecure around people you face difficulties to make conversations and leave a good impression on others. At some point you’re lonely and isolated, only you want to be together with closer friends.

If you have all above social difficulties, remember it’s common issues and it’s ok you may feel lonely but you’re not alone, many people over the wide world feel the same ways you do.

However, I have good news for you that problems can be handled. Lots of people were lonely for a period in their lives but you may feel surprised when they share with you how they developed their interpersonal skills and put the shyness fall from them.

Yes, you may ask the same question as me if it’s possible to escape this issue? According to my perspective truly it can be fixed, however you pay off the price. The following are prices required to pay.

  • Start small

Stepping too far out of your comfort zone can be overwhelming, so don’t hop straight into public speaking instead, set small goals to get out of your shell. start by talking to a family member or making small talk with a colleague to boost the level of confidence and calm your nervousness.

  • Explore what you’re good at

if your shyness is getting in the way of your success, then you could be missing out on new opportunities in life. When you never pursue your strengths, you’ll stunt your personal growth, sometimes exploring your strengths will help you diminish self-doubt and make you more confident with trying new things.

 

  • Stop thinking that everyone is looking at you

Most people aren’t paying attention to every move you make. your shyness may try to convince you that everyone notes your mistakes, but it’s not true. You don’t have spotlight on you in a crowd at a social event, so don’t think that you’re being watched every time.

We can be our own worst enemies. Be mindful of your self-talk in social situations when you’re trying to be less shy, you deserve to overcome shyness and build self-confidence and it is paramount importance not to let your inner critic tell you apart from that it can lead to overcome your shyness.
